What is the history of the property?
In the second half of the eighteenth century, once the danger of pirates ceased, nobles began to abandon the castle and live in more comfortable residence around the area of Ischia Ponte in order to better take care of the main economic activities: agriculture and fishing. Some of them also lived in the palace of Villa Lieta.
What was the era and/or the architectural style in which the property was built?
Ancient palace of '700 century refurbished in the 2008 in a very Mediterranean style.

Located in the old historic centre of Ischia Ponte close to Aragonese Castle.

Vaulted ceiling, hand painted tiles, majolica and terracotta floor.
