However, some guests were disappointed that the spa could not be used for longer as it closed quite early at 7 pm. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues such as the Turkish bath not working and some guests were not able to use the spa at all due to closures for maintenance or COVID-19 related reasons. Despite this, many guests thoroughly enjoyed their spa experience, especially those who had a great massage. The indoor pool and fitness room were closed at 7 pm as well, which may have been a letdown for some. Nonetheless, the relaxation and spa facilities were top-notch with guests recommending the spa to others. The only other minor issues were with the quality of some consumables and plastic materials that were not up-to-date in terms of durability. Overall, while there were some downsides to the spa facilities, the Excelsior Hotel Gallia still provides a pleasant and enjoyable spa experience for its guests.
