Brennan Court Guest Accommodation offers an ideal stay for visitors to the University of Limerick, featuring a serene and convenient location on the university's picturesque and expansive campus. Guests appreciate being away from the city center's hustle and bustle with easy access to public transport for trips into Limerick city. The beautiful riverside environment provides a perfect setting for walks and jogs and the nearby concert hall and sports campus enhance the location's appeal. The area boasts ample parking, making it convenient for those driving and the proximity to shops and restaurants in Castletroy, albeit with limited weekend hours, adds to its allure.
Guests find the rooms modern, spacious and well-decorated with a luxury appearance and useful amenities such as large desks, equipped kitchens (in some rooms) and en-suite bathrooms. Cleanliness stands out as a significant positive with accommodations often described as spotless and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the cozy and comfortable atmosphere, enhanced by large double beds and good-quality bedding, promises a restful sleep.
Though breakfast is not provided on-site, a shared kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals, which some find convenient and well-equipped for simple preparations. A nearby breakfast spot also offers an alternative for guests preferring not to cook. While some guests noted the lack of included breakfast as a drawback, the overall convenience of the shared kitchen and comfortable room amenities contribute to a positive experience.
The staff at Brennan Court receive high praise for their friendly and accommodating nature. Many guests highlight the exceptional service, particularly from the reception staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite an isolated incident involving less-than-friendly cleaning staff, the general sentiment is one of appreciation for the helpful and polite personnel.
However, the accommodation's wifi receives mixed reviews with some guests finding it unreliable and challenging to use. Despite occasional remarks about minor cleanliness issues in shared areas and specific concerns regarding bed sheets and pillow quality, these instances appear rare.
Overall, Brennan Court Guest Accommodation is celebrated for its clean, comfortable rooms, serene campus setting and outstanding staff, making it an excellent choice for visitors to Limerick.
