Although the wines were not perfect, the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The property is on a very large estate surrounded by beautiful vineyards. It's a 5-star hotel without any ostentatiousness or arrogance and definitely worth the stay. However, the staff needs to improve their training for a luxury 5-star hotel service. Despite these minor downsides, the hotel remains a luxurious place that should provide the services and amenities of that level to maintain its 5-star luxury rating.
