The building is eccentric, luxurious and a combination of classic and modern designs. The structure is of the highest level, making it an excellent hotel for a luxurious stay. The deluxe room is very spacious and the winter bedding is cozy but heavy. However, the bathroom requires renovation and optimization and the water in the hotel rooms should be free. Although the hotel is not service-oriented, customer attention is not always five stars and the breakfast is not up to par. The prices for the drinks (except for wine) are exorbitant. However, the hotel is a true ART hotel and its origins in a Venetian villa are simply marvelous. Despite some downsides, this hotel is still an excellent choice for a luxurious stay.

Although the wines were not perfect, the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The property is on a very large estate surrounded by beautiful vineyards. It's a 5-star hotel without any ostentatiousness or arrogance and definitely worth the stay. However, the staff needs to improve their training for a luxury 5-star hotel service. Despite these minor downsides, the hotel remains a luxurious place that should provide the services and amenities of that level to maintain its 5-star luxury rating.
