The breakfast room is often noted to be large and clean with friendly and courteous staff enhancing the experience. However, some guests pointed out a lack of variety and occasional issues with certain food items.

These issues point to a need for more comprehensive updates and better housekeeping practices.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel presents a mixed bag with some guests praising the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and helpful housekeeping, while others reported significant issues like dirty areas, mold and musty smells. This inconsistency suggests a requirement for improved and consistent cleaning standards.
The standout feature of Quality Inn Dalton East is its staff. The team is frequently described as friendly, accommodating and professional, particularly the front desk staff, who often receive specific praise for their exceptional hospitality.
