Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Flexistay Aparthotel Sutton is highly praised for its strategic and convenient location within a charming residential area, providing easy access to Sutton train station and a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The proximity to public transportation makes it an ideal base for travelers looking to explore London and local attractions, while its peaceful surroundings offer a restful retreat despite being next to a busy railway line.
The unique breakfast experience at Flexistay allows guests to prepare their own meals in a well-equipped communal kitchen, stocked with essential breakfast items like eggs, bacon and cereals. This DIY breakfast setup is appreciated for its flexibility and budget-friendly nature, though some guests noted that more variety could enhance the experience. While the concept may not suit everyone, the overall sentiment remains positive regarding the autonomy it offers.
Guests find the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with modern decor and adequate amenities. While some minor maintenance issues exist, the cleanliness of both bedrooms and bathrooms is frequently praised. The communal kitchen and shared spaces receive mixed feedback regarding cleanliness, but the convenience of these facilities is often highlighted.
The hotel's staff earn high marks for friendliness and helpfulness with particular commendation for the attentiveness and hospitality of the team. The consistent efforts of the cleaning staff also contribute positively to guest experiences.
The Wi-Fi service is reliable and efficient, meeting guests' expectations and ensuring good connectivity throughout the stay. The availability of both on-site and off-road parking is convenient, although limited spaces can sometimes pose a challenge.
Families find the aparthotel accommodating with large family rooms and a family-friendly atmosphere enhancing the stay. Comfortable beds, despite occasional issues with mattress quality and consistency, add to the restful experience.
Overall, Flexistay Aparthotel Sutton offers excellent value for money, often surpassing expectations for its three-star rating. The combination of a strategic location, clean and comfortable accommodations, self-catering facilities and attentive staff make it a commendable choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a practical and enjoyable stay in London.
