The beds are SO comfortable and the room service is fabulous. The staff was praised by guests for their professionalism and service with many staff members being polite, attentive and helpful. The butler services were fantastic and some specific staff members were highlighted for providing exceptional service. Although there were a few incidents with staff and slow service, the majority of staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor incidents, Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia is a great place for a vacation.
