Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hosteria Las Quintas Hotel Restaurante Bar in Cuernavaca is celebrated for its serene and picturesque location. Nestled away from the city's hustle and bustle yet conveniently close to key attractions, this establishment offers a tranquil oasis surrounded by lush gardens, appreciated for their beauty and the overall peaceful ambiance they provide.
Guests frequently commend the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, many of which feature private terraces, jacuzzis and beautiful garden views. While the rustic charm of the rooms is appreciated, some note that the décor feels dated and that improvements, especially in air-conditioning and modern amenities, could enhance the experience.
The dining experience is generally positive with many guests praising the delicious food and excellent buffet, particularly the weekend brunches. Nonetheless, there is a recurring concern about the high prices and limited menu options, especially for children. Dinner also receives mixed reviews with the quality and consistency of dishes being points of contention.
Cleanliness at the hotel is often highlighted with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests report issues with inconsistent housekeeping and occasional lapses in maintenance, particularly in the pool and bathroom areas.
The hotel's staff garners positive feedback for their friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness, particularly among the restaurant and general staff. However, the reception staff receive mixed reviews with some guests experiencing issues regarding rudeness and inefficiency.
Family-friendliness is a key attribute with multiple pools catering to all ages, including a dedicated children's pool and various play areas that make it an ideal destination for family vacations. Despite this, some suggest a better separation between children's and adults' areas to improve the experience for all.
Additional services like the spa and gym receive mixed feedback. The spa is praised for its quality but operates on a limited schedule, while the gym is noted for needing better upkeep and more modern equipment. The pool area, though aesthetically pleasing, requires improvements in maintenance and management to address overcrowding and cleanliness concerns.
Lastly, the reviews for the Wi-Fi service are predominantly negative, highlighting weak signals and connectivity issues as areas needing significant improvement.
Overall, Hosteria Las Quintas Hotel Restaurante Bar provides a beautiful, comfortable and family-friendly environment with generally positive guest experiences, though several areas could benefit from improvements to fully meet the five-star expectations many have.
