Although there are mentions of noise from the interstate, guests generally find the area safe and well-maintained.
The breakfast experience at the hotel is mostly praised for its variety and quality. Guests enjoy the plentiful options and friendly service. Some reviews suggest improvements are needed, but overall, the breakfast is considered enjoyable and satisfying.
The rooms are frequently noted for being spacious, modern and clean. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and updated bathrooms, contributing to a pleasant stay. While there are occasional reports of issues like room odors or mattress comfort, these are exceptions rather than the norm.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Best Western Plus Dalton Inn. The entire property, from rooms to public areas, is described as spotless and well-maintained. This attention to detail provides a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests.
The staff at the hotel are celebrated for their friendliness and exceptional service. Specific employees such as Morgan, Becky and Alicia receive special mentions for their efforts. Despite occasional reports of inattentiveness, the overall consensus is that the staff contribute significantly to a positive guest experience.
The beds are generally praised for their comfort with many guests describing them as very soft and comfortable. There are some preferences for firmer options and isolated complaints about bed conditions, but the majority of feedback is positive.
Pet owners find the hotel accommodating with clean and affordable rooms. The staff's thoughtfulness, such as relocating guests with dogs to the first floor, enhances the experience. While one review suggests removing carpeting from pet-friendly rooms, the hotel’s nominal pet fee and overall cleanliness make it a favored choice for those traveling with pets.
