The staff is exceptional with excellent customer service that is prompt, friendly and helpful in addressing requests. The rooms and cottages are very clean with beautiful views of Chimney Rock. Guests can unwind in the private and refreshing pool, which has convenient amenities, such as a restroom and towels. Although parking may be tight, it is easily accessible off the main highway. The fluffy towels and great value provide an excellent experience for guests.
