Hotel Grifone Firenze - Meetings & Spa may not live up to its four-star rating according to some guests, but others have had an exceptional stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with great facilities and good value for money. However, some guests were disappointed with the quality and service, deeming the rooms not up to par for a four-star hotel, which they describe as small and poorly furnished and even comparing them to hostel rooms. Despite the beautiful decoration on the façade, the hotel was said to lack standing. That being said, the hotel does have many services and amenities available, making for a beautiful and well-kept stay.
