Apparthotel Privilodges Lyon Lumière presents itself as a three-star accommodation, although some guests note that it doesn't quite meet the expectations typically associated with this rating. While the hotel offers a price point that some consider good value, there are mixed opinions about the facilities and services provided. The establishment is generally seen as appropriate for a brief stopover rather than an extended stay due to its overall need for modernization. Several aspects, such as the aging showers and cooking plates, could benefit from updates to enhance guest comfort. Instances of non-functional equipment, including issues with hot water, have also been reported, detracting from the experience. Despite these concerns, the hotel manages to offer a reasonable quality-to-price ratio for budget-conscious travelers.

B&B HOTEL Lyon Eurexpo Chassieu is described as a functional hotel that delivers good value for money, particularly as a three-star establishment. Guests appreciate its affordability and highlight its suitability for travelers seeking budget-friendly accommodations. The consensus is that the hotel is quite satisfactory for its rating with some indicating it to be great for a three-star hotel.
However, there are consistent remarks about the room amenities, which some found lacking for a hotel of its purported quality. The comfort of the beds did not meet everyone's expectations with some describing them as too soft and the bedding quality insufficient. There are also mentions of a decline in service quality and rising prices, which is disappointing to long-time visitors who had previously enjoyed better value earlier in the year.
In summary, while the hotel offers decent value and functionality for a three-star rating, improvements in room amenities and bedding comfort, as well as consistent service quality, would enhance guest satisfaction.
