The lounges surrounding the pool are great and there are a lot of them with a mix of sunshine and shaded areas. The pool is also complimented for its neighboring covered area, making it an awesome outdoor area. Although the pool is small, it has lovely and nice swimming areas and there are a lot of lounge areas to relax in around the pool. The hotel also provides free coffee, tea and water at the pool area. The pool and its A+ ambiance received incredible reviews from guests and it was stated as one of the major reasons guests would come back. However, some guests complained it was smaller than they expected and some commented that the water was cold at times. Despite these minor drawbacks, the pool and the surrounding lounges were top-rated for being incredible, comfortable, refreshing and lovely.

Some felt that the pool area could be cleaner and would benefit from music expected from a 5-star resort. However, most found the pool area to be lovely, nice in size and clean. Some even had the opportunity to spot sloths and iguanas hanging around the pool area. A shuttle bus service is available every day up until 4 pm, taking guests to the main town. Visitors can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the infinity pool and the views from the lounge and pool are particularly impressive. All in all, the vistas, design and comfort offered by the pools at this hotel provided amazing value for money.
