The swimming pools, including a heated pool that feels like a big jacuzzi in front of the bar, were a highlight for many visitors. In addition to the great pool area, the resort offers trails and a meditation spot for guests to explore. The territory of the resort is enormous and beautiful, making it difficult for visitors to leave during their stay. The outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi in some of the bungalows were also a luxurious touch. The common areas are well-maintained with chauffer service available to transport guests to all the different pools. With an excellent fitness room and other amenities, guests recommend the pool at Amor Arenal Adults Friendly as a must-visit during your stay.

Though the pools of Nayara Springs were deemed a bit small, each pool has its unique charm, such as the pool at Ayla restaurant with an amazing view of the volcano. Overall with so many great pools and luxury cabanas, Nayara Gardens provides an unforgettable experience for guests.

The grounds are lush and the landscaping is beautiful and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy on the property - including a variety of pools, an outdoor pool, an infinity pool and a pool water slide. While some reviewers noted that the pools could be cleaner, overall guests were blown away by the facilities - some even called the pools and springs "amazing," "spectacular," and "incredible." Plus, you can order food and beverages while you relax in the pools and there's a bar area where you can enjoy hot springs and a drink. While some guests noted that the lava rocks in the middle of some of the pools can be a hazard, overall the spring water is very relaxing. And despite the odd negative comment, the vast majority of reviews for this aspect of the hotel are overwhelmingly positive.
