Le Vert Galant Villepinte Gare Vert Galant Parc des Expositions has been widely criticized for not living up to its three-star rating. Numerous guests have noted that the hotel feels run-down and outdated with some suggesting it should not even qualify for two stars. Despite claims of charm in its aged appearance, the condition of the facilities doesn't meet the expectations set by a three-star establishment.
Customer service is described as just okay with criticism directed at the staff's inability to manage disturbances effectively, particularly concerning rowdy guests, which detracted from the sense of safety and comfort. This lack of control paired with the absence of air conditioning made for restless nights.
The breakfast provided is often labeled as subpar and guests have reported unacceptable sanitary conditions, including a pervasive cigarette smell, the presence of cockroaches and mold in the rooms. Although some may argue that age can add character, the overwhelming sentiment is that Le Vert Galant Villepinte Gare Vert Galant Parc des Expositions falls short in delivering a satisfactory hotel experience.
