Campanile NATURE - Marne La Vallée - Chelles offers a well-rounded experience with several commendable aspects that stand out. The hotel's location is frequently lauded for its strategic positioning close to Paris and Disneyland, making it an ideal base for tourists. The setting provides a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle with good highway access and ample parking facilities, including electric car chargers.
Breakfast at the hotel receives high praise for its variety and quality, featuring fresh fruit, cottage cheese, juices and bread. Guests enjoy a diverse spread that caters to both sweet and savory preferences, enhancing the overall morning experience, especially with the addition of an outdoor terrace. Despite some reports of the breakfast buffet appearing sparse later in the morning, the general consensus is that it is worth the expense.
The dining experience, however, has room for improvement. While the dinner and lunch buffets are appreciated, the limited menu, closure of the restaurant on weekends and the occasional need for microwaved or frozen meals detract from the overall culinary offering. Some guests noted that the bar frequently runs out of popular drinks by the weekend.

However, there are inconsistencies in room sizes and soundproofing and some guests have encountered maintenance issues. Cleanliness is mostly well-regarded, though a few reviewers noted mold or musty odors in some areas.
Staff at the hotel are consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the guest experience significantly. The round-the-clock availability of reception staff ensures that guest needs are promptly attended to, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel's WiFi services, though, face criticism with reports of limited access and connectivity issues. The parking facilities are appreciated for their security and availability, although the additional cost for parking is a point of contention for some guests.
Family travelers will find the hotel accommodating with amenities such as extra beds for children and a welcoming environment for pets. Despite some disturbances, the overall atmosphere remains conducive to family stays. The beds receive mixed reviews; while many find them comfortable, others have issues with mattress firmness and bedding conditions.
Overall, Campanile NATURE - Marne La Vallée - Chelles offers good value for money, especially given its strategic location and the quality of service. However, there are areas, particularly in dining options, room maintenance and facilities, where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring it meets the expectations typically associated with a three-star hotel.
