The serene village atmosphere combined with the resort's proximity to cafes, restaurants and boutique stores makes it a perfect retreat for those looking to relax and explore.
Breakfast at the resort is often described as excellent with guests enjoying the fresh and diverse buffet offerings in a pleasant dining area. Staff service during breakfast is frequently highlighted for its friendliness, contributing to an overall positive dining experience, despite occasional mixed reviews about variety and peak time logistics.
The resort's dinner experience, however, receives mixed feedback. While some guests enjoyed the quality of food and helpful staff, others faced issues with limited dining options, restricted service hours and menu diversity, especially for dietary preferences. However, the Cove bar and nearby restaurants provided appreciated alternatives.
Rooms at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa generally receive praise for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Larger rooms, including suites and apartments, are favorites for their generous space and amenities. Some areas, however, show signs of wear and tear, indicating a need for maintenance and renovation in specific rooms. Nonetheless, the staff’s efforts in maintaining cleanliness and comfort are frequently acknowledged.
The resort's cleanliness is mostly commendable with rooms and common areas well-maintained and tidy. However, occasional lapses in maintenance and deep cleaning were noted. The cooling and warm areas have a fresh and pleasant environment, although improvements in upkeep are suggested.
Staff at the resort are generally described as friendly, helpful and professional, significantly contributing to guests' positive experiences. The reception staff, in particular, are often praised for their attentiveness. Nevertheless, there are instances of less welcoming service during busy periods, suggesting a need for more consistent hospitality training.

The pool areas stand out as a major highlight with multiple clean and well-maintained swimming options, including a large lagoon pool and a heated pool. Families particularly benefit from the "beach style" section and shallow areas for children. The lovely tropical setting, combined with the convenience of poolside services, adds to the positive experience, although occasional overcrowding and limited shade were minor issues.
