The Bc Spa Hotel offers a great location beside a pleasant river and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The pool area is very attractive with two big swimming pools and both shade and sun loungers. Although some guests have noted that more pool umbrellas would be appreciated. The pool areas are kept neat and tidy but due to hygiene rules related to Covid, loungers do not have cushions. Some guests were unable to make use of the heated indoor pool and sauna mentioned in the description. The hotel bar offers cocktails, however, it has been noted by some that not all the bartenders were trained in making them. Breakfast has received negative feedback with no juice included and guests being charged extra. Despite this, the hotel restaurant had a beautiful view and an excellent chef. Overall, guests enjoyed the nice swimming pool and outside areas of the Bc Spa Hotel.
