The staff are described as friendly and accommodating and the rooms as comfortable with balconies to sit out on. While some guests have noted that the pool is a little small or cold at times, they have generally been pleased with the pool area. The only criticisms are that the entrance to the pool is a little strange (via the front entrance) and that the hotel has no other amenities such as food, beverage or a restaurant.
