The pool experience at Comfort Suites Knoxville North has received mixed feedback from guests. Positive aspects include that kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool, highlighting its appeal for families. Some guests appreciated the pool being clean and well-maintained with the perfect temperature noted by a few, especially in winter and summer.
However, several reviews raised concerns about the pool's small size and inconsistent temperature with mentions of it being cold and the heated pool sometimes not functioning properly. The pool's cleanliness was also a point of contention with some guests finding it well-kept while others felt it needed more frequent maintenance. Additionally, the scent of chlorine in the pool area was too strong for some, indicating a potential issue with over-chlorination and ventilation.
While the indoor pool provided enjoyment for many, there were discrepancies between expectations set by pictures and the actual experience, suggesting that prospective guests should temper their expectations regarding the pool's size and condition.
