Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Lakeview - West Lake Lotus Apartments enjoys an exceptional location in Hanoi, lauded by visitors for its proximity to West Lake. This serene setting offers picturesque views and easy access to numerous shops and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The calm and safe surroundings combined with ample green spaces add to the appeal for those seeking tranquility amidst accessibility.
Guests appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms, particularly highlighting room 415 for its superior experience and views. The minimalist design, although appealing to some, doesn't consistently match online depictions, with discrepancies leading to notable dissatisfaction. A recurrent theme is the cleanliness and maintenance challenges, including mold, odors, and dated facilities, which detract from an otherwise potentially pleasant stay.
Despite the upkeep issues, the staff stands out with their friendly and helpful demeanor, contributing positively to guest experiences. The staff's responsiveness and welcoming nature often leave a favorable impression, with special recognition given to individual members like Gnoc for exceptional service.
Opinions on the beds are mixed, with some guests praising their comfort while others find them hard and problematic, often compounded by cleanliness concerns. In summary, while the location and staff contribute to an attracting ambiance, the apartments are currently let down by significant maintenance and cleanliness issues affecting overall guest satisfaction.
