Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Moncton has received mixed reviews about its three-star rating and overall quality. Some guests feel it accurately reflects a three-star rating, while others believe it leans more towards a one-star experience. On the positive side, many appreciate the unexpectedly large rooms and excellent service, particularly praising the breakfast offerings. The hotel staff has also been described as awesome, adding a personal touch to the stay.
However, there are several areas noted for improvement. Guests have mentioned the need to update the pool, repair ceilings, replace stained carpets and ensure beds are made properly. The property itself could benefit from a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, there is no elevator and the rooms are not soundproofed, which might be a concern for some visitors.
Overall, while the hotel meets basic expectations for a three-star motel, there are definitely aspects of the facilities and services that could be enhanced to provide a better experience.
