Hotel Biltmore may be an older hotel, but it's a pleasant and good option for travelers. Although the furnishings are deteriorated, the hotel is overall enjoyable. Some guests noted that they were able to hear noise from other rooms and that there was no refrigerator or ice machine tray. Additionally, the towels could use an upgrade, though they were not terrible. However, for those looking for a decent hotel that is passable and affordable, Hotel Biltmore is a good choice. Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Santander Plaza is generally recognized as a three-star establishment with some notable characteristics. While the hotel is undeniably dated and could benefit from a significant renovation, many guests still find it to be a reasonable choice, particularly due to its competitive pricing and proximity to the airport. The decor and facilities are described as old-fashioned with tired-looking rooms and worn-out carpets, indicating a clear need for updates and better maintenance.
Despite these issues, the hotel manages to deliver service that some guests feel surpasses typical three-star standards. The staff’s friendliness is often highlighted, providing a pleasant touch that overshadows some of the hotel's shortcomings. Although the amenities are basic and the property feels outmoded, it meets the essential expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, Hotel Santander Plaza offers a more personal experience compared to larger chain hotels, which some visitors find unexpectedly comfortable.
