The Copper Queen Hotel in Bisbee is a historic and charming hotel with a prime location, close to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and the coffee is hot and tasty. While breakfast and dinner experiences varied among guests, there are plenty of nearby dining options to explore. The rooms are a mix of good and bad with some guests finding them comfortable and cozy, while others felt they were too small and run-down. The hotel provides basic internet connectivity, although some guests experienced spotty connections. The staff is mostly friendly and accommodating, although there were occasional rude or unhelpful interactions reported. The pool is a potential drawback with some guests reporting issues with non-functionality or cleanliness. However, the hotel provides accessibility options for guests with disabilities, including a functioning elevator. Overall, the Copper Queen Hotel is worth considering for its historic charm and convenient location, but guests should be aware of potential shortcomings and book carefully to ensure a comfortable stay.

Summarized by AI
Tombstone Lookout Lodge, SureStay Collection by Best Western boasts a superb location with great views, making it an appealing choice for business travelers seeking a scenic backdrop. Despite some issues such as rooms not being ready upon arrival and the need for major improvements, the overall stay is considered good for the price. However, the service arrangement can be confusing and there are reports of extra charges on various aspects of the stay. While some guests experienced issues with reservations and refunds, dealing directly with the hotel rather than through third-party booking sites might mitigate some of these concerns. The lodge's location and view are undeniably strong points, though operational areas could benefit from better management.
