Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Campanile NATURE - Epône has received a mixture of reviews regarding its three-star rating, facilities and services. While some guests have described the experience as exceptional and found their short stay adequate, there are significant concerns about the quality and maintenance of the hotel. The bedding, identified as average to very hard, has fallen short of expectations for a three-star rating. Additionally, several guests felt the overall accommodations did not merit three stars, suggesting they would rate it only one star.
Critiques point to an aging establishment that no longer aligns with the Campanile standard with issues such as a dirty environment, very old facilities and rooms in poor condition. Specifically mentioned were problems like the condition of the carpet and the presence of two small beds instead of a large one. The welcome received was noted as cold and uninviting and the hotel was described as very expensive considering the quality provided. Overall, for those seeking a stay that matches a true three-star standard, this location might need reconsideration or renovated facilities to align with expectations.
