Location

If you're looking for the perfect location for your yoga and wellness retreat, Sandhi House in Ericeira is your spot. With its amazing ocean view and being located right by the seaside, you'll be able to take in the calming atmosphere in comfort. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and the house offers a lovely location overlooking the ocean. It's set right in the centre of Ericeira with excellent views of the sea from the rooftop, where you can enjoy a great sunset view. You'll be super central and quiet, trying out many different restaurants and shopping whilst enjoying the fresh air of the sea. You'll have a cosy sea view living room and a terrace, ideal for relaxing and absorbing the beautiful scenery. The centre of the town and the main beach are just a 5-minute walk away. And, what's even more, the location couldn't be better.

Breakfast

Sandhi House - Yoga & Wellness provides guests with delicious and healthy homemade breakfasts, served in the lounge area with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is varied with tasty and original options such as homemade granola, rye bread and fruit and veggies. Guests praise the quality and flavor of the breakfast, considering it to be very healthy and very good. Coffee and tea are also available all day. Although some guests encountered disorganised staff, overall the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere, terrace and personal touch from the staff also received positive reviews. The room was beautiful and spacious with plenty of storage. From the beginning until the end, everyone was friendly, caring and warm-hearted, making it a memorable experience. Whether it's the girls on the reception or the lady in charge, you can expect a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience with the Sandhi House staff.

Yoga

The hotel offers daily yoga classes, both in the morning and in the evening, taught by amazing and experienced yoga teachers. The yoga studio is a nice space with a variety of equipment, allowing you to relax your body and soul while enjoying the real calming yoga experience. The classes are truly part of a yoga-family and guests love to enjoy them, given that they are included in the price of the stay. Moreover, the hotel offers yoga retreats for those who want to deepen their practice. Alongside yoga, guests can also enjoy massages from great massage therapists. Unfortunately, yoga had to be paid on top of the price of the expensive room and some external guests filled up the yoga room, affecting the quality of the classes. Nonetheless, most guests loved the yoga lessons, referring to them as amazing, great and nice with some even saying that the hotel offers a super yoga program. The only issue mentioned was that the yoga studio floor and mats were dirty on some occasions.
