Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Flat em Porto de Galinhas - Muro Alto Clube is frequently commended for its excellent location, situated conveniently between Muro Alto Beach and Porto de Galinhas. This setting offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to both beaches but requires car travel for those wishing to visit the center of Porto de Galinhas. Ideal for families, the property offers various amenities such as multiple pools, a gym, and a restaurant, all set against beautiful garden views, creating a serene atmosphere that draws returning visitors.
Guests often praise the property for its cleanliness and organization, highlighting the immaculate condition of the flats upon arrival. The environment is described as cozy and inviting, with clean, fragrant towels and sheets that enhance comfort. The staff, known for their attentiveness and friendliness, contribute significantly to a welcoming experience, with the host particularly praised for their helpfulness and availability.
The pool area stands out as a major attraction, with its expansive and beautiful layout offering an excellent venue for relaxation and family fun. Visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, especially during weekdays, although there are occasional concerns about water temperature and maintenance. Despite this, the pool area is noted for its cleanliness and ample size.
Though the property shines in many areas, feedback on the beds is mixed. While some guests find the beds comfortable, others report issues with soft mattresses causing discomfort, noise from the double bed, and the hardness of the sofa bed. The bed linen, towels, and bathroom utensils also have room for improvement. Nonetheless, the positive attributes of the property, coupled with its serene setting and excellent amenities, make it a favored choice for a restful and enjoyable getaway.
