Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Dickens Apart is highly praised for its convenient location, nestled in a tranquil neighborhood away from downtown chaos yet offering excellent transportation links to Salta’s main attractions. The abundance of nearby shops, essential services and dining options further enhances the convenience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Guests consistently commend the modern, spacious and elegantly designed rooms that are well-equipped with necessary amenities. The accommodations are noted for being clean, comfortable and matching or even exceeding the photos provided online. While minor issues such as small bathrooms and occasional room temperature concerns are mentioned, the overall sentiment focuses on the high quality of cleanliness, functionality and aesthetic appeal of the apartments.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with numerous reviews highlighting the property's immaculate state. The bright and tidy environment contributes to a pleasant atmosphere, although occasional issues like spiderwebs in the patio or stains have been reported. Despite these, the overarching impression remains one of excellent hygiene and maintenance.
The staff at Dickens Apart earn high marks for their exemplary service and warm hospitality. The team is consistently described as friendly, attentive and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Hernán, in particular, is frequently mentioned for his outstanding assistance and dedication with the receptionists and caretakers also receiving praise for their attentive and helpful demeanor.
While the wifi service is a notable downside with several guests experiencing weak signals and frequent connectivity issues, this seems to be one of the few recurrent criticisms in an otherwise positive array of reviews.
The beds at Dickens Apart generally receive favorable feedback for their comfort, though some guests mentioned discomfort with harder mattresses or the setup of two single beds combined. Despite these minor issues, most guests find the beds satisfactory for a restful sleep.
In summary, Dickens Apart offers a comfortable, clean and well-located stay with modern amenities and exceptional staff service. The occasional wifi and minor room issues do little to detract from the overall positive experience reported by the majority of guests.

The breakfast receives mixed reviews with some guests finding it wonderful while others were less satisfied.
