The staff, especially the owner and hotel manager, Pantelis, receive glowing reviews for their engaged and welcoming service, making for a perfect stay. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness and quality of the beds with some calling them the most comfortable they have ever slept on. While some guests had issues with certain aspects of the rooms, the majority found them to be spacious and well-furnished. Overall, Vasilikata is a great choice for those looking for an authentic experience in Crete.
