Chef Pranil and Waitress Salai were particularly fantastic, making the stay even more enjoyable. Although there were some comments about the staff not being as polished or friendly in some areas, it is undeniable that the staff is superb overall. All guests felt welcome and comfortable thanks to the very efficient, lovely and amazing staff.
