Eden Luxury Suites Terazije offers great value with very comfortable rooms, an ideal and perfect location and a friendly staff that ensures a welcoming experience. Reviews highlight the cleanliness of the rooms upon arrival and the overall niceness of the accommodations. Despite these positives, several visitors express confusion about the hotel's four-star rating, citing the lack of expected amenities and regular housekeeping services. The absence of breakfast and less frequent cleaning services have led some guests to feel that the establishment does not fully meet the standards typically associated with four-star hotels. Overall, while the location and comfort are praised, there seems to be a disparity between the advertised rating and the actual experience.

Hotel Constantine the Great presents a mixed experience for those measuring its merit against a four-star standard. Its advantageous location is a positive aspect, appealing to travelers seeking convenience. However, the hotel's practices and offerings fall short of expectations for its designated category. Some guests noted that services, such as the availability of room amenities and cleanliness, did not meet typical four-star criteria. Additionally, experiences during check-in pointed to inefficiencies in customer service, which detracted from the overall experience. There is a recurring sentiment that while the hotel has potential, it aligns more closely with a robust three-star than an elevated four-star standard, suggesting room for improvement in various operational areas to fully meet the expectations associated with its advertised class.
