Frensham Pond Country House Hotel & Spa is a well-maintained luxury establishment situated in a beautiful lakeside location, making it a perfect location for a relaxing stay with lovely walks around the lake and the Surrey hills. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with great views of the pond or the countryside. While the breakfast and dinner options have received mixed reviews, the majority of guests found the meals to be delicious with a good choice of options available. The staff are exceptional with outstanding customer service and a willingness to assist with any needs. The spa is a great addition to the overall experience, although some guests found the operating hours and additional charges disappointing. While the hotel falls short in terms of accessibility for guests with disabilities, the accessible rooms are wonderful and make for a comfortable stay for those who can navigate through the hotel's hurdles. Overall, Frensham Pond Country House Hotel & Spa is a great choice for a countryside escape in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
