Sweetwater Branch Inn is a stunning property located in the heart of Gainesville, which is perfect for those interested in historical architecture. Guests rave about the location, emphasizing that it is close to plenty of great restaurants, attractions and the University of Florida. The gardens provide exceptional scenery and the warm breezes through open windows at night are a highlight for many. Despite being in the city center, the location is peaceful and a great place to unwind. Overall, a beautiful area with a great location.

Breakfast

Many guests rave about the amazing and great breakfast, which they describe as top-notch, abundant, delicious and outstanding. Some highlight specific dishes like the frittata or the peach bread pudding that they loved. In fact, breakfast was so delicious that some guests requested the recipes.
