The dinner service also stands out, offering a wide range of well-prepared dishes, although occasional long queues and the predominance of fried foods are noted drawbacks.
The rooms are generally spacious, modern and comfortable, particularly those in the new wing. However, some older rooms face maintenance and cleanliness issues, including leaks and pests. Room service responsiveness could also be improved to enhance guest comfort. Cleanliness across the resort is commended, especially in leisure areas and rooms, though occasional lapses in specific areas like the gym and pool table have been reported.
Staff performance receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, significantly enhancing the guest experience. However, there are some instances of disorganization and unprepared staff, particularly in leisure and recreation spaces. The Wi-Fi connectivity varies with some guests finding it efficient and others experiencing weak signals.
The pool facilities at Fazzenda Park Resort are a strong selling point. The outdoor pools, especially the heated ones, are well-maintained and cater to both adults and children, providing a water park-like experience. The availability of poolside snacks and drinks further elevates the enjoyment. While the indoor pool and jacuzzis are appreciated, their cooler temperatures and limited operating hours are noted as areas for improvement.
Parking at the resort is convenient but could benefit from better organization and renovations to address construction-related issues. Some guests find the beds comfortable, but many report discomfort due to double beds being two singles pushed together and inconsistent mattress quality.
