The proximity to the sea allows guests to experience the raw beauty of its waves, making it perfect for nature lovers and cycling tourists. The resort also boasts a delightful sauna with a jetty and opportunities to swim in the refreshing waters, enhancing the overall experience of the location. The surroundings are consistently praised for their magnificent landscapes and enchanting scenery, which seamlessly blend into the hotel's architecture, contributing to the hotel's cozy and tranquil atmosphere. Guests frequently highlight the amazing sunsets that can be enjoyed from the resort, especially during the summer evenings. The hotel’s various terraces and beautiful villas provide stunning views, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty around them. The excellent conditions of the facilities, along with the wonderful environment, make this a destination worth visiting, even if only for a short time. Whether spending time in the delightful rooms or enjoying a meal in the superb restaurant, the HavsVidden Resort promises a place of peace, spectacular scenery, and unmatched natural beauty.

Breakfast

HavsVidden Resort offers an exceptional breakfast experience frequently praised by guests. The spread is appreciated for its variety and high-quality ingredients, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Diners can enjoy a diverse selection, catering well to special dietary needs with options like gluten-free and dairy-free items. The breakfast setting, often described as having a scenic view by the sea, enhances the dining experience, creating a delightful atmosphere to begin the morning. Despite a few minor criticisms, such as issues with specific dishes and buffet timing, guests consistently highlight the excellence and comprehensive nature of the breakfast. The friendly service and charming environment further complement the meal, making breakfast at HavsVidden a memorable part of the stay.

Dinner

HavsVidden Resort offers a dining experience that predominantly garners appreciation for its quality, with many guests praising the delicious and very good food served in the restaurant. The dinner menu, albeit sometimes described as limited, is noted for featuring fantastic dishes, including options like Åland tapas. Guests consistently highlight the excellent service, with special commendations for friendly staff like Nadja contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. The setting further enhances the experience, with some guests enjoying a fantastic dinner on the terrace, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. However, opinions on pricing and variety are mixed, with some finding the meals a bit expensive. Additionally, there are occasional comments about the uneven quality and execution, particularly in the cooking of meat or timing of service. Despite these minor critiques, the overall consensus leans towards a favorable dining experience, especially when accompanied by the resort's welcoming ambiance.

Rooms

HavsVidden Resort, nestled in a picturesque environment, offers rooms that consistently garner attention for their cleanliness and the comfort of their beds. Yet, several guests note the limited space, finding the rooms too small and cramped for comfort, particularly for those used to more expansive accommodations. Storage options are lacking, with few places to hang clothing, and some guests have remarked on the need for an update and renovation due to noticeable wear and tear. While the rooms maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness, they do show signs of age with worn fixtures and furnishings. The absence of air conditioning becomes apparent during warmer months, leaving rooms uncomfortably warm, and the insufficient furnishings leave some with a less favorable impression given the pricing. However, visitors consistently appreciate the quiet room environment, contributing to a relaxing night's sleep, and enjoy the backdrop of beautiful views accompanying their stay.

Beds

HavsVidden Resort presents a mixed experience when it comes to the comfort of its beds. While many guests have found the beds to be comfortable and appreciated the quality of the pillows, there have been several comments highlighting issues. A number of guests noted that some beds were too hard or narrow, leading to discomfort during their stay. Concerns about the condition of the beds, including instances where the beds were described as worn-out or even broken, suggest that an update might be necessary to meet the expectations set by the resort's luxury image. The absence of blackout curtains has also been mentioned, which might affect the overall restfulness of the experience. While comfort can be found, consistency in the quality of bedding appears to be an area for improvement at the resort.

Cleanliness

HavsVidden Resort offers guests a mixed experience when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. On the positive side, many visitors have noted that the rooms are clean, with modern and functional amenities. The cleanliness of the linens and the overall freshness of the surroundings have been highlighted as well. Guests appreciate the clean and well-sized rooms, especially enjoying the newly renovated bathrooms that give a sense of modernity and comfort. The resort's facilities, including the gym, are well-kept, although the gym could use some better equipment. However, there are areas where the resort seems to fall short. Some guests have experienced lapses in cleanliness, such as dirty balcony floors, poorly cleaned rooms, and insufficient kitchen cleaning. Issues with the condition of pillows and cramped room sizes have also been mentioned. There are occasional reports of things being missed by the cleaning staff, such as dirty saunas and bathroom floors needing attention upon arrival, though the reception seems responsive to such concerns when brought to their attention. Overall, while HavsVidden Resort often meets basic expectations of cleanliness, there's room for improvement to fully match the expectations set by its pricing.

Staff

HavsVidden Resort consistently impresses visitors with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, largely attributed to the incredibly friendly and service-minded staff. Guests appreciate the harmonious environment created by a team that is consistently cheerful, accommodating, and efficient. Visitors often highlight the pleasant service they receive, noting particularly positive interactions with reception and waitstaff, who provide attentive and helpful assistance. Despite some observations of inexperience among certain staff members, the overall service is regarded as first-class. Specific staff members, such as Albin and Edvin, have received commendations for their superlative hospitality. Furthermore, the resort's personnel are not only friendly but also go the extra mile to ensure that both guests and their furry companions feel well-cared for. The ability of the reception staff to converse fluently in both Swedish and English further enhances the guest experience. While there are occasional remarks about individual staff members who may seem arrogant, these are overshadowed by the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding the resort's service standards. With its friendly staff paired with good food and beautiful views, HavsVidden Resort ensures visitors leave with fond memories of their stay.

Spa

Nestled by the sea, HavsVidden Resort offers a spa experience that is both serene and invigorating. The highlight of this coastal retreat is undoubtedly its excellent sauna facilities, which provide an unparalleled relaxation experience with breathtaking views of the surrounding waters through large windows. Guests enjoy the unique opportunity to bathe in a sauna right by the sea, making it an unforgettable aspect of their stay. The availability of bathrobes adds a touch of comfort that complements the overall experience. While some visitors noted that certain saunas were not operational, the overall feedback emphasizes the well-maintained sauna amenities, including those with hot tubs, often described as perfect for unwinding. The spa setup, which consists of sun loungers, a sauna, and direct access to the sea via a set of stairs, creates a tranquil environment that guests highly recommend.

Pool

HavsVidden Resort offers a charming pool area that has garnered mixed impressions from guests. Many reviewers appreciated the stylish and attractive design of the pool house and its surrounding area, noting it as a relaxing space along with the excellent breakfast offered nearby. The setup for swimming, including access to the sea deck and associated facilities, was praised as being excellent, adding an exciting element to the experience. Guests found the poolside atmosphere lovely, complemented by the adjoining saunas, which were considered a great addition. However, some reviews highlighted concerns such as the pool being closed at times and its cool water temperature, particularly with the indoor pool not being heated year-round. The pool was described as small but relatively uncrowded, allowing for a more intimate swimming experience. Despite these drawbacks, the pool area remains a nice spot for guests to unwind, although it could benefit from more attentive maintenance, especially concerning broken sunbeds and the pool bar closure.

Parking

HavsVidden Resort offers guests convenient parking options, with spaces located close to the accommodation, ensuring easy accessibility for those traveling by car. While the parking is well-situated, some guests have noted areas where improvement could enhance the experience. Although the proximity of rooms to parking spaces is appreciated for convenience, the view from certain rooms overlooking the parking area detracts from a more relaxing ambiance. Furthermore, there are suggestions for better organization of the parking spaces and inclusion of sun protection. Despite the remoteness and the occasional long walk to the reception, the ability to park easily remains a positive aspect for visitors. However, those looking for a larger space or more facilities, such as additional charging stations, might find the current arrangements limited.
