The pool area at Grand Hotel Therme garners mixed impressions from its guests. Positively noted, the pools are very clean and pleasant with a particularly peaceful outdoor pool that is a kid-free zone, making it ideal for those seeking a tranquil environment. The heated outdoor pool remains open until midnight, providing an excellent opportunity for late-night relaxation.
However, several criticisms also emerge. The pool floors are slippery and potentially dangerous and the layout doesn't cater well to those looking for a proper swim. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are shallow with the outdoor pool being only 60-70 cm deep, which might not meet everyone's expectations. Furthermore, there are not enough sunbeds around either pool, leading to limited availability, especially due to early reservations. The lack of a bigger swimming pool and insufficient seating options around the pool area are noted drawbacks.
