Hotel *** NAT Ustroń has garnered mixed reviews regarding its three-star rating, facilities and services. The hotel is generally described as a typical three-star establishment. However, several guests feel that the accommodations and room expectations are more reflective of a two-star standard. There are mentions that the bathroom facilities could benefit from an upgrade to better align with the three-star rating. Despite some controversies about the star rating, some reviews indicate that the hotel is decent for its designated category. However, it falls short in providing standard amenities expected at this level, such as bathrobes. The overall sentiment suggests that while the hotel does offer some acceptable features, it may not consistently meet the expectations associated with a classic three-star rating.
