Montauk Manor boasts an inviting pool area that guests find particularly appealing. The outdoor pool, often described as warm, clean and well-maintained, provides a delightful respite for visitors. The pool area is large and scenic, offering plenty of umbrellas and private spaces, making it a preferred spot for relaxation. Many appreciate that the pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees, creating a cozy atmosphere akin to a warm bath. Families and couples alike enjoy the spacious surroundings, which include beautiful grounds and impressive views.
However, there have been some notable disappointments. The indoor pool and jacuzzi have often been closed for renovations, impacting guests who were looking forward to these amenities. This has led to some confusion and frustration among visitors. Additionally, the timing of pool closures has been inconvenient for some, who wished the pool opened earlier or stayed open later into the evening.
Despite these setbacks, the outdoor pool remains a highlight of Montauk Manor, delivering a great experience when available and contributing positively to the overall stay at the hotel.
