Hotel Cantinho das Flores offers a tranquil retreat, nestled in serene surroundings that provide a perfect getaway experience close to nature. The location, while challenging to reach due to gravel roads and steep paths, rewards guests with peace and calm, complemented by welcoming service and scenic beauty. The hotel's breakfast stands out as a highlight, praised for its variety, taste, and excellent service, creating a delightful start to each day and encouraging guests to return despite minor drawbacks. However, the rooms at Hotel Cantinho das Flores vary in comfort, with reports of some being cozy while others exhibit issues like small size, musty smell, and lack of basic amenities. Cleanliness in the hotel receives mixed feedback; while some guests find satisfaction with certain areas such as the restaurant, room maintenance needs improvement, especially during busy times. Significantly contributing to a positive overall experience, the hotel staff are renowned for their exceptional service, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness that leave a lasting impression on guests. Despite room and cleanliness concerns, the combined charm of location, breakfast, and outstanding staff create a generally favorable experience at Hotel Cantinho das Flores.
