Hotel Dalias is widely appreciated for its strategic location, offering convenient access to Guarulhos airport just 15 to 20 minutes away. This makes it an attractive option for both business and leisure travelers looking for ease of access at a good value. Despite its accessibility, guests frequently commend the tranquil environment that ensures a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff is seen as a highlight, praised for being attentive and helpful across various services.
Breakfast at Hotel Dalias, while basic and straightforward, generally fulfills the expectations of travelers not seeking luxury. The quality of the coffee is positively noted, and while variety might be limited, it adequately caters to early arrivals.
When it comes to the rooms, the experience varies. Many guests enjoy the coziness and comforts provided by amenities like air conditioning and internet. However, there are some inconsistencies reported regarding cleanliness, with repeated concerns about untidy rooms upon arrival and a lingering cigarette smell, both detracting from the overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel elicits mixed reactions from visitors. Although some rooms meet cleanliness standards, recurring issues with tidiness, cleaning practices, and maintenance reflect a need for improvement. The beds also offer a mixed experience, with differing feedback on mattress comfort and bedding quality; however, these issues do not overshadow the positives entirely.
Overall, Hotel Dalias stands out for its location and friendly staff but would benefit from addressing cleanliness and maintenance issues to enhance guest satisfaction further.
