The hotel has a great central location amongst the shops which makes it convenient for travelers. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable, although a little basic compared to other three-star hotels. Guests appreciated the historic and shabby-chic charm of the old building. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. However, there were some complaints about noise, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for a Guernsey stopover, although it may not be the best option for light sleepers.
