The North Lakes Hotel and Spa is an excellent choice for families looking for a fun and comfortable stay. The hotel provides fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool that the kids absolutely love. The bunk beds in the super family rooms were a huge hit with our reviewer's son, while the annual family trip was made perfect by the staff's excellent service. The hotel is very child-friendly, as made evident by the cinema room and special touches for the kids in the lovely family rooms, like a roped-off area for swimming lessons. However, a few guests found that the hotel charged an extra £30 per child per night on top of their payments for the family room. The hotel is conveniently located next to the motorway, making it easy to take a break during a long car journey. Some reviews mentioned that the lift was not working properly, which made it challenging for disabled individuals and elderly guests to climb several flights of stairs. Nevertheless, overall, the hotel is amazing for families and a great option for those looking for a perfect family stay.
