The Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel features an indoor swimming pool, a welcome amenity for many guests. The pool is heated, which means the water temperature is typically warm and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot for both relaxation and a quick swim. The pool area, described as nice, could benefit from some improvements; however, it offers a good space for kids and business guests, opening as early as 6am. The pool's size is somewhat small and there have been mentions of it being a bit too cold at times with standard three-star indoor facilities. Some guests mentioned that accessing the pool required staff assistance, which took longer than expected. Nevertheless, the heated pool remains a lovely feature for those staying at the hotel, albeit with some room for enhancement.

Dream Downtown, by Hyatt boasts a rooftop heated pool with views of the city, perfect for a dip in the morning sun. However, it is important to note that the pool is primarily intended for non-hotel guests and can be accessed exclusively by children from 8-10am. Reserving a lounge chair can be quite costly and the pool closes at 6pm, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the pool bar, lounge and nightclub were closed during our stay, but PHD upstairs provided great entertainment. Complaints have been made about false advertising and poor quality, overpriced food. Parents with children should be aware that the pool area may not be accessible at certain times and is not suitable for teenagers. The staff can come off as rude to guests who do not have a reserved lounge chair. Although some reviews mention a dirty pool, many guests have enjoyed a refreshing swim surrounded by beautiful people. If you are set on taking a dip, plan ahead and manage your expectations.

Some guests appreciated its presence as a nice little bonus and an indoor option for recreation, which added to the overall experience of their trip. However, many guests noted that the pool is extremely small, often described as the size of just a few bathtubs, and mentioned that its unusual keyhole shape limited its usability. Numerous reviews pointed out that the pool's restricted hours, closing as early as 7 PM, were inconvenient and inconsistent, leaving some guests unable to use it. There were also concerns about the water temperature being too cold and reports of excessive chlorine levels burning the eyes. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with pool cleanliness and maintenance, as well as access during the advertised hours. Despite these limitations, the presence of the pool was still appreciated by those who were able to use it during their stay.
