Nghê Prana Villa & Spa Hoi An is a stunning hotel located just outside the center of charming Hoi An. It is secluded by the river in a village and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax away from the busy and noisy areas. Although the location is a little far from the city center, guests have free shuttle bus offers and free bikes to get to the center. The hotel is also located right by the river and offers beautiful views overlooking Thu Bon river. Despite being a bit out of town, it's well worth it to be in such a peaceful and tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare. Guests can easily access town by taxi or walking and biking distance from Hoi An old town. However, some guests have mentioned that it might be difficult to find the hotel and the access road is virtually non-existent, but with free bicycles and shuttle service, it's manageable. Overall, Nghê Prana Villa & Spa Hoi An is a wonderful and fabulously located hotel, perfect for those who want to get away from the hectic old town and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the river.

The rooms are good and the bathrooms are spacious with good layouts. The junior suite with a "river view" is not exactly what it seems - it's more of a straight-out-into-the-dining-area-where-everyone-eats view. Overall, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with nice views across the river. The hotel itself is elegant and refined with beautifully furnished rooms and great facilities. The staff's commitment to ensuring guests have the best possible experience during their stay is applaudable. Most staff members are wonderful, while a handful of them, such as Lynn and Vaugh, are charming and go out of their way to make your stay even more enjoyable. Yummy, Daisy and Tram are also exceptional at their jobs and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The staff can also help guests with travel arrangements and excursions in and around Hoi An.
