The exceptional staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The manager is particularly amazing and an invaluable asset to the hotel. The front desk staff are efficient and the lady working during the evening/night shift takes care of everything and ensures guests have a great stay experience. The pool staff are also helpful. Guests are pleased with the hotel's efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, praising the staff's preparedness and the cleanliness of the room. Overall, guests highly recommend the hotel and would stay again when in the area.
