The indoor pool at Puro Dão Hotel & Spa generally receives positive feedback for its design and amenities with several guests describing it as excellent and one of the best they've experienced. Its unique feature of being connected to the outdoor pool and having a jacuzzi inside adds to the appeal. However, there are consistent complaints about the water temperature with many guests finding it too cold despite being a heated pool, which detracted from their overall experience. While the pool is considered good and pleasant by some, the issue with the water temperature at around 26°C has been a notable drawback for others.

Guests at Quinta Do Crestelo Aparthotel have varied opinions about the indoor pool. Many appreciate the concept of an indoor heated swimming pool and highlight it as a valuable feature, especially for its added jacuzzi. However, several reviews note that the pool is in need of maintenance and issues like the heating system not working and the water being only slightly warm detract from the experience. Despite its potential, the indoor pool has been described as cold at times and the facility as a whole could benefit from some improvements. Conversely, the pleasant environment created by the quiet air conditioning and the fireplace on the lower floor receive positive mentions, contributing to a generally enjoyable stay.
