The hotel is very child-friendly with a playground, movie room and evening activities that children love. The hotel is also conveniently located near a good playground and a fantastic water park. The food is great and even children with food intolerances receive delicious meals. There is a buffet specifically for children during dinner. There is plenty of space for families to spend time together, including a playroom and small nooks throughout the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards families with children. Though there was an issue with Booking "trolling away" the two children included in the reservation, the staff eventually solved the issue and charged the correct amount. All in all, Björkbackens Karaktärshotell is the perfect hotel for families.
