Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort is located in the heart of Makadi Bay, just a few minutes' walk from a beautiful, clean and sandy beach. Although the aqua park is a bit far, it's not a problem. The beach is very accessible and guests can easily walk there or a golf cart can be provided. The gardens leading up to the beach are also stunning. The location is ideal for a relaxing Red Sea holiday with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The Madinat Makadi is also nearby and worth exploring. Guests have mentioned that the hotel is far from the city center, but this isn't an issue if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. However, taxis and Uber can be problematic. The hotel is located in a gated area and is perfect for families and couples. The sea is a bit rocky, but the water is pure blue and perfect for swimming. The resort offers no program during the day, but the location and accommodation compensate for it. Special recognition goes to Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Mohamed, Chef Nasser, Chef Ahmed el-Gendy and Restaurant Manager Mr. Mohamed Hegab, who made extraordinary desserts and fulfilled all of their guests' requests. The beach staff are well-organized and the waiters and bar staff are helpful and the animation team provides fun and engaging activities. The hotel's pool activities are also excellent and the staff are very helpful, especially Ousama and Haitham.

The staff is friendly, helpful and treat all guests as VIP. It's the best hotel ever with professional staff, making for the best vacation. Some guests felt that the animation team could have made more of an effort. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service from particular staff members, such as Chef Sheker, Mahmoud Amin and his team, Mabrouk, Mohammed sakr, Mohammed hasyn, Ahmed asd, Abraham abd alhgafor, Nasser and Ahmed, who made our room spotless. While some negative comments were made, overall, the Jaz Makadi Oasis Resort is totally recommended for anyone seeking a superb hotel experience.
