For those on all-inclusive, the beach hut food was not included, but there was free ice cream and a little all-inclusive buffet available there for lunch. However, there were complaints of everything being wrapped in plastic and even having to pay for old loungers on the hotel beach and water in the dining room.
The service and hospitality received mixed reviews with some guests experiencing the worst service they have ever received, while others found the staff pleasant. There were instances of staff telling guests to go back to the pool in the middle of a meal and cleaning over them.
